Do I need to speak to the doctor?
No, there's no live consultation required. You complete an online form and the doctor reviews it. If they need more information, they'll contact you via email or phone.
What if the doctor declines my request?
If the doctor determines they can't issue your letter for clinical reasons, you'll receive a full refund within 3 business days and an explanation. Clinical safety always comes first.
Can I track my request?
You'll receive email updates at key stages: when we receive your request, when it's being reviewed, and when your letter is ready. For real-time status, email hello@fastdoc.co.uk with your order reference.
What format is the letter in?
All letters are delivered as PDF documents attached to an email. You can download them on any device, print them, or forward them directly to whoever needs to see them.
Can I request changes after the letter is issued?
Minor corrections (like spelling of your name) are usually free - just contact us. Changes to medical content or dates may require a new clinical review and payment.
Is this just for medical letters or other services too?
