If you've received a medical letter issued by FastDoc and need to verify its authenticity, please complete the form below. We'll respond to all verification requests within 1 working day.

How Verification Works

All FastDoc medical letters include a unique reference number and the GMC registration details of the issuing doctor. To verify a letter's authenticity:

  • Complete the verification form below with the letter reference number and patient details
  • Our team will check our records and confirm whether the letter was issued by FastDoc
  • You'll receive a response within 1 working day via email

Please note: Due to patient confidentiality and GDPR requirements, we can only confirm whether a letter was issued by FastDoc and verify the issuing doctor's GMC registration. We cannot share specific medical details without the patient's explicit consent.
