How do I choose between Standard and Priority?
You select your delivery speed during checkout. Choose Standard (£24.99) if you can wait until the same day (order before 8pm), or Priority (£49.95) if you need your letter processed immediately and delivered as fast as possible.
How fast is Priority delivery?
Priority requests go straight to the top of the queue for immediate doctor review. During business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm GMT), most Priority requests are delivered very quickly. Outside business hours, Priority requests are processed first thing the next working day.
What happens if I order Standard after 8pm?
Standard delivery is guaranteed for orders placed before 8pm. If you order after 8pm, your letter will be delivered the next working day. For guaranteed immediate processing at any time, choose Priority delivery instead.
What if I submit a request on the weekend?
Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If you submit a Standard request on the weekend, it will be processed on Monday (the next working day). Priority requests submitted on weekends are processed first thing Monday morning.
Are there any hidden fees or subscriptions?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no booking fees, processing fees, or subscriptions. You pay once per letter - £24.99 for Standard or £49.95 for Priority delivery. That's it.
Do all letter types cost the same?

What if my letter is declined by the doctor?
All letters are issued at the doctor's clinical discretion. If a doctor determines your request is not clinically appropriate, we will contact you immediately to explain the decision.
