How do I choose between Standard and Premium?
You select your delivery speed during checkout. Choose Standard if you can wait until the same day (order before 8pm), or Premium if you need your letter processed immediately and delivered as fast as possible. Medical letters start from £24.99 (Standard) or £44.99 (Premium). Specialist referrals start from £44.95 (Standard) or £59.95 (Premium).
How fast is Premium delivery?
Premium requests go straight to the top of the queue for immediate doctor review. During business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–8pm GMT), most Premium requests are delivered as quickly as possible. Outside business hours, Premium requests are processed first thing the next working day.
What happens if I order Standard after 8pm?
Standard delivery is guaranteed for orders placed before 8pm. If you order after 8pm, your letter will be delivered the next working day. For guaranteed immediate processing at any time, choose Premium delivery instead.
What if I submit a request on the weekend?
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. If you submit a Standard request on the weekend, it will be processed on Monday (the next working day). Premium requests submitted on weekends are processed first thing Monday morning.
Are there any hidden fees or subscriptions?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no booking fees, processing fees, or subscriptions. Medical letters from £24.99 for Standard or £44.99 for Premium. Specialist referrals from £44.95 for Standard or £59.95 for Premium. That's it.
Do all medical letter types cost the same?
Yes. Whether you need a work sick note, travel cancellation letter, student certificate, or any other medical letter, the price is the same within each tier. You only choose your delivery speed — Standard or Premium. Specialist referrals are priced separately.
What if my letter is declined by the doctor?
All letters are issued at the doctor's clinical discretion. If a doctor determines your request is not clinically appropriate, we will contact you immediately to explain the decision.
