No live consultation is needed for most services. You complete an online questionnaire and a GMC-registered doctor reviews it. They'll contact you if they need more information.
What if the doctor can't provide my service?
If our doctor determines a service isn't clinically appropriate, you'll receive a full refund within 3 business days plus an explanation. This is our FastDoc Refund Guarantee.
