When will I receive my medical letter?
If you selected standard service, your letter will be delivered within 1 working day. If you selected priority service, delivery will be as little as 30 minutes. You will receive an email notification when your letter is ready.
What if I don't receive my letter?
First, check your spam or junk folder as emails sometimes get filtered there. If you still can't find it after the delivery timeframe, contact us at hello@fastdoc.co.uk with your order details and we'll investigate immediately.
Can my request be declined?
Yes. All medical letters are issued at the doctor's clinical discretion. If the doctor determines that a letter is not clinically appropriate based on the information provided, your request may be declined. We will notify you and discuss refund options in accordance with our Terms of Service.
What if I made a mistake in my submission?
If you notice an error in the information you provided, please contact us immediately at hello@fastdoc.co.uk with your order details and the correction needed. If the doctor has not yet reviewed your case, we may be able to update the information.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You should have received an order confirmation email immediately after completing your purchase. If you didn't receive this, please check your spam folder or contact us to confirm we have the correct email address.
Can I request changes to my letter after it's issued?
Minor corrections (such as spelling errors) can usually be made at no charge. However, substantial changes to medical content may require a new clinical review. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
